How To Make a Purchase:-

Browse through our Footwear Collections and select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that are required to process your order. We use the PayPal merchant service, you may log in to PayPal whilst completing your order or be a guest (no sign up required) They accept the following major credit and debit cards:- Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express.

 

Shipping & Handling:-

Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within the U.K. are non refundable.

We do deliver overseas however delivery charges vary. Our normal despatch period is 1 to 2 working days, however weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using Royal Mail Recorded delivery service. It may be possible for parcels to be left in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to sign for your delivery - please state your instructions in the 'customer notes' box when you order. We will endeavour to meet your requirements but this may not always be possible.

Orders should be received within a maximum of 14 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 15 working days from despatch.
We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

Please note that we endeavour to check that the quality of all orders shipped meet the high standards that our customers expect. However we are unable to guarantee that shoes despatched will be 'box fresh' i.e. they may have been tried on by customers in our stores.

 

Delivery Schedule:-

On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email.

If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.

In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be despatched at different times.

Delivery Policy:-

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address or the cardholders place of work which may need to be verified before despatch. We will not in any circumstances delivery to any other address.

Please note that for any items that are returned to us by Royal Mail as uncollected from their sorting office, we will not provide a second free delivery for customers who would still like the order. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we despatch it a second time.

 

Tax Charges:-

The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.

 

Warranties:-

You warrant that the information entered onto the Order Form is true.

Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.

 

Returns Policy:-

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase date in its original unworn condition and packaging (eg box). We will refund the product price. Any Express or International postage charges incurred when the order was originally despatched will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to impose a £5 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.

Returns can be taken back to our retail store. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.

Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return form.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

All shoe and foot care products are non returnable.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration of the Lelli Kelly products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.

Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof

Christmas Returns:-

Should you wish to return any item purchased as a Christmas gift, the 14 day policy listed above remains in place for claiming a refund or exchange. Outside of the initial 14 day period, returns will be accepted for exchange or credit note only until 6th January 2012.
